Yesterday I visited a friend and we brewed beer, actually he brewed it, I just took some photos and sampled a few beers he had previously made. No photos could show the incredible beer I tasted. Every single one of them was good. You should have seen my face when I tasted every single one for the first time and on. Unfortunately now it is hard to enjoy the store bought beer. There was no room for inconsistencies for all was measured, annotated and the numbers were dead on with what he had done before. What dedication for perfection. Thanks Valiant Brewing.
